Since its establishment in 1983, Active has grown to become a significant partner to many customers, delivering quality wholesale electronic products to hundreds of customers in the electronic/electrical industry throughout Australasia. Customers range from well-known global corporations to emerging enterprises.
Consultative and responsive
Over the years we have built a loyal base of long-term customers and we understand their requirements. We excel at solving difficult and complex supply problems, whether it is one component only, or a complete package involving multiple parts or additional processing. The final solution may incorporate many different components, or it may need to be shipped to multiple locations around the globe. Our logistics centre in Hong Kong makes this possible.
We can also take care of all your off-the-shelf parts, as well as competitively sourcing standard electronic components.

Our success is due to a team of people who are passionate and excited about what they do. It’s also why the Active team has won so many awards for consistently exceeding customer expectations. We are very responsive, dealing with any issues with speed and attention. We offer every customer a dedicated account manager you can rely on. With two to three people per team, we have multiple points of contact to offer wraparound support for our customers. We keep in very regular contact, and do our best to ensure that distance is not an issue. Many members of our team of talented, loyal and stable staff have been with the business for over fifteen years. Our company culture is based on caring, responsibility, integrity and honesty.
