- Multi-Contact Design: The female terminal incorporates a multi-contact design featuring four leaf springs with convex tips as contact points. This design reduces contact impedance, ensuring efficient power transmission.
- Smooth Insertion: The rounded tips of the contact points, angled at 35 degrees, ensure a seamless insertion process, enhancing user experience and minimising the risk of damage during connection.
- Simultaneous Contact: Each pin can make simultaneous contact with eight points on the male end. This feature ensures reliable connectivity and robustness even under challenging conditions.
- Individual Contact Current Rating: Despite the high overall current rating, each pin has an individual current rating of 100A, with an average current flow of 12.5A per contact point. This distribution helps maintain current transmission performance and prevents overload on individual contact points.
- Guiding Angles: The top and bottom of each male contact feature guiding angles. Combined with the design of the female contacts, this facilitates front-to-back, up-and-down, and forward and reverse insertion.
